Things people ask before signing up
What happens when the 10-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. The account simply moves to the Free plan - every trip, party, payment and photo stays exactly where it was, and you keep using it. Only the Pro features (dashboard, lorry receipts, reports, exports, extra users) switch off until you upgrade.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FMS runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone - nothing to install, no server to maintain, and no separate mobile app to keep updated. Your staff open the same link you do.
Is my company's data safe?
Every company's data is isolated, so one account can never see another's records. The whole site runs over HTTPS, POD photos sit in private storage reachable only through short-lived links, and the database is backed up automatically every day to separate off-server storage.
Can my staff use it with me?
Yes, on Pro. Invite as many team members as you need and give each one a role - admin, operator, accounts or driver - so the person entering trips is not the same person who can delete a payment. There is no per-seat charge. The Free plan is a single user.
Can I move my existing records into FMS?
Yes. There is a bulk import for bringing existing parties, trucks and trips across instead of typing them in one by one. If your data is sitting in another system or in Excel, write to info@fmsapp.in and we will help you move it.
Does it handle GST invoices properly?
Yes. Invoices are generated from the trip's own figures, and CGST/SGST or IGST is applied based on the party's state, so an out-of-state customer is billed correctly without anyone having to remember to switch it. Company details, GSTIN, logo, signature and terms come from your settings and are saved onto each invoice.
Will I be charged automatically every month?
No. Pro is a one-time payment for the period you choose - there is no auto-debit, no standing instruction and no card kept on file. When the period ends the account simply returns to Free with all your data intact, and you pay again only if you want to. Nothing to cancel, no lock-in contract, no exit fee.
